First of all, you can check if is there any USB receiver plugged in while you are using the voice assistant. If you do, please unplug the USB receiver because the voice assistant also needs a Bluetooth connection and it will conflict with the USB receiver.

Second of all, you can try unloading the battery of the remote control, and rebooting the TV box. And try it again.

Thirdly, check how you operate it. You need to keep pressing the voice button while you are speaking, try to get closer to it, and then release the button when you finish.
