1. Can I watch Yogurt TV on my phone or tablet in Mainland China?
Yes, you can.
After the Yogurt TV App has been successfully downloaded and bound to your phone or tablet, you can use the mobile or tablet version of Yogurt TV in Mainland China.
However, please note that the SviCloud 15P TV Box itself cannot be taken to Mainland China for use. The mobile and tablet experience is different from using the physical TV box.
So, if you are traveling to or staying in Mainland China, you can continue watching Yogurt TV through your compatible phone or tablet.
2. Does my phone or tablet need to use the same Wi-Fi network as my SviCloud 15P?
No, it does not.
During the initial download and binding process, your phone or tablet needs to be connected to the same network as your SviCloud 15P.
However, once the binding process has been completed, the mobile or tablet device does not need to stay on the same network as the TV box.
This means you can take your phone or tablet with you when traveling abroad and continue using Yogurt TV even when you are connected to a completely different Wi-Fi network or mobile network.
3. Does Yogurt TV on mobile and tablet support 7-day playback?
Currently, no.
The Yogurt TV version on the phone and tablet does not currently include the 7-day playback feature.
The mobile and tablet version is mainly designed to provide users with a convenient way to access Yogurt TV wherever they are, while certain features available on the TV box may not yet be available on mobile devices.
We will continue optimizing the mobile experience and adding improvements based on actual user needs and feedback.
4. Are the viewing histories shared between the TV Box and the mobile/tablet App?
No. They are completely independent.
The viewing history on your SviCloud 15P TV Box and the viewing history on your Yogurt TV App on your phone or tablet are not shared.
Each device maintains its own independent viewing records. You can also manage or modify the viewing history separately on each device.
For example, watching a movie on your TV Box will not automatically make it appear in the viewing history of your phone or tablet.
5. Can I watch Yogurt TV offline without an Internet connection?
Yes! This is one of the most useful features of Yogurt TV on mobile and tablet.
On your phone or tablet, you can choose to download selected TV series episodes or movies in advance.
Once the content has been downloaded, you can watch it later even when your device does not have an Internet connection.
We also tested this feature ourselves. When opening the Yogurt TV App on a phone or tablet without an Internet connection, the App automatically displays a message indicating that downloaded episodes have been found and asks whether you would like to watch them.
So, if you are going on a flight, traveling to an area with poor network coverage, or simply want to save mobile data, you can download your favorite content beforehand and enjoy it offline.
