1. Unplug the power first.

2. Plug in the power again.

3. Press the red power key of the remote control several times.

4. This page appears on the set-top box after a few short presses.

5. Select the "factory reset" option by the remote control.

6. Select the "Yes" option and the restore of the factory will be restarted.
