How to restore factory settings when unable to enter the main page of the SviCloud TV box?
Please do the following steps:
1. Unplug the power first.
2. Plug in the power again.
3. Press the red power key of the remote control several times.
4. This page appears on the set-top box after a few short presses.
5. Select the "factory reset" option by the remote control.
6. Select the "Yes" option and the restore of the factory will be restarted.
That's OK now. You could use the SviCloud TV box without a problem.
